1) BASIC HOG ROAST- £ 465.00 to feed up to 100 people
Succulent pig with crackling, apple sauce and freshly baked bread rolls.

Or if you want to have the full option, which includes your choice of two hot vegetables (peas and carrots/ cauliflower cheese/ creamed mushrooms) and roasted potatoes with gravy price is £ 13.50 per person (min 40)




2) POTJIEKOS(POT FOOD) -Beef & Ale or Chicken- £ 12.50 per person (min 35 )
Prime cuts of beef or chicken,with fresh vegetables and spices ,cooked slowly in African cast iron pots, outdoors. Served with rice, chutney and freshly baked breads.

 

3) MEAT LOVER PAELLA- £ 13.00 per person (min 35)
Chicken,pork, chorizo sausage, pancetta, salami and chilli beef, all cooked up in our large outdoor paella pans, served with your choice of either two salads, or two hot vegetables (peas and carrots/ cauliflower cheese/ creamed mushrooms) and freshly baked breads.


PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL OUR MENU OPTIONS (SPECIALS TOO) INCLUDE CHEF AND ASSISTANT TO COOK AND SERVE/ SERVING TABLES AND GAZEBO TO COOK UNDER/ DISPOSABLE PLATES, NAPKINS , KNIVES AND FORKS.(all weather catering and can serve outdoors or indoors).
